Custom Memorial & Made-to-Order Items

At Grease Monkey Speed Co., we understand that memorial and custom racing items carry deep personal meaning. Every order is created with care, attention to detail, and respect for the memories and stories behind it.

Most custom and memorial items are made to order and typically ship within 14-21 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier and location. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Because memorial items are personalized, customers are responsible for reviewing all design approvals before production begins.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Grease Monkey Speed Co. is not responsible for:

• lost packages due to incorrect addresses
• undeliverable shipments
• delays caused by carrier errors

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.  

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

• order number
• photos of damage (if applicable)
• shipping information

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
